Men claiming to own Mars sue NASA

Two Yemeni men claiming ownership of Mars filed a lawsuit against the space agency NASA for trespassing during its previous mission to the red planet. But the country's prosecutor-general said yesterday the men withdrew the suit after he threatened to arrest them. Mustafa Khalil and Adullah al-Amri presented documents to prosecutor general Mohammed al-Bady which they said proved their claim, it was reported in the newspaper al-Thrawra. “They said they received the planet as inheritance from ancient ancestors and therefore rejected the landing of the US. spacecraft on the planet without their prior notification and permission.”
The two men also asked al-Bady to bring US.ambassador David Newton to court, saying the steps taken by NASA where the responsibility of the U.S. government. "The two men are abnormal," al-Bady told Reuters."I threatened them with arrest if they failed to withdraw the case."
