The annual Kingston Z car Revival was held at the Royal Military College on 24 June, 2000.
As always, the event was well run and attracted Z car owners from Toronto, New York State, Ottawa and Montreal as well as a great turnout from the Kingston members of the TIZCC.
The event location was very pleasant and the shade trees really helped make conditions enjoyable. I was NOT impressed with the door prize process though. Many dozens of door prizes were given away, but not to me! Thanks to the various sponsors of the event, particularly Ron Cotton's Kingston Nissan.
On the other hand, I was very impressed with the good taste of the expert judges who found my car the best first generation 300 ZX (stock) in the show. (Don't tell anyone that it was the ONLY one in the show.) I have one beef though, how did I lose a point for a dirty air conditioner? My car does not have one?
