We own JPS #010 Serial Number 79020136S. I bought it in Oct 1995. The engine was blown...#1 rod right through the crankcase! It is running with an Elite 907 engine until I can get around to redoing the original. It is running on "lace" style Esprit wheels, however, I have the original gold wheels with the ORIGINAL Dunlops installed. The car has about 42,000 miles on the clock. It is equipped with A/C. We also have a 1991 Elan, the JPS is a "project". FYI, the folks we bought #10 from previously owned #009. It caught fire due to a fuel leak after some engine work and was completely destroyed. #010 has a Haylon fire system installed!
