This page is designed to offer Series 1 and 2 Esprit owners a starting point for parts sources and technical support.

If you owners have any suggested support web sites or other features you would like to see here please let me know by e-mail at: nadb@king.igs.net

If anyone has any JPS (or series 1/series 2 Esprit) parts they would like to sell please let me know and I will list them on this page. See list below.

E-mail "Support Groups"

I recommend you join one or more of these mailing lists if you have technical questions about the Esprit. All three are very good. The S1.S2.S3 Esprit list is the most directly applicable mailing list for owners (or prospective owners) of the earlier normally aspirated cars. The Turboesprit list spends too much time discussing wings, turbo charger upgrades and electronic gadgets/stereos etc, for my tastes, but it does have a large group of owners who do (or did) own an earlier Esprit so lots of good technical advice can be obtained. The Lotus cars list is more wide ranging and seems to have more listers who know about carbs, distributers, tunning etc, so it too is a great resource for early Esprit owners. If you don't yet own a car, but would like to know more about them before you shop, these lists are great places to start.

JPS Esprit-Specific Support

Rick Kirkbride (federal 100) reports: Finally some good news to report. After receiving my new trim from Steve (SJ sports cars - see parts supplier list below) last November, and several failed attempts at getting someone to install it, we finally finished the job last Friday. While the Gold isn't a perfect match to the original, the fit is very good and well worth the cost. They can contact Steve at SJ Sports Cars for more information. As far as I know he is the only one with trim sets. He has both front and rear as well as the Standard Chrome for the Non-JPS folks.

World Champion Decals (Frank Pusateri made his own and they are beautiful.)

World Champion Badges (Paul has volunteered to help source these in the UK for any JPS owner.)
