Services and Activities for Seniors in the Kingston (Ontario) Region.
We are a non-profit voluntary organization that provides information and support to help seniors live as independently as possible and to enjoy healthy, social and recreational activities. We also publish and distribute a monthly magazine called VISTA to all our members, some living as far away as the U.K.
